12 ft x 16 ft oversized stalls with fans, auto waterer / fly sprayer, mats, and shavings. Right through our back gate is a long horse trail with no cars in sight. Very shady pastures. Our electric perimeter fence is designed to keep out possums. We have a pond that some horses enjoy splashing in.
